GDPR information clauses

Information clause for contractors of Bimex-Böllhoff Sp. z o. o.

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ L 119 of 4 May 2016), we inform that:
1) Bimex-Böllhoff Sp. z o.o. is the administrator of your personal data, (37-127 Krzemienica, Krzemienica 1A)
2) Your personal data will be processed in order to perform the contract based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016,
3) The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data or entities involved in the implementation of the order,
4) Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 years / or based on a legitimate interest pursued by the administrator (data is processed until the processing stops for business planning purposes),
5) You have the right to request the administrator to access personal data, correct them, delete or limit the processing,
6) You have the right to place a complaint with the supervisory authority,
7) Providing personal data is voluntary, however, a refusal to provide data may result in the refusal to conclude a contract.

The consent clause and the information clause for people applying for a job at Bimex-Böllhoff Sp. z o. o

In accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ L 119 of 4 May 2016), I agree to the processing of my personal data for the needs of current and future recruitment.
 
In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ L 119 of 4 May 2016), we inform that:
1) Bimex-Böllhoff Sp. z o.o.is the administrator of your personal data (37-127 Krzemienica, Krzemienica 1A)
2) Your personal data will be processed for the needs of current and future recruitment - based on Article 6(1)(a) of the general data protection regulation of 27 April 2016 and the Labor Code of 26 June1974,
3) Your personal data will be stored for the period of 2 years designated by the administrator,
4) The recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and entities cooperating in the recruitment process,
5) You have the right to request the administrator to access your personal data, the right to correct it, delete or limit processing, the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time,
6) You have the right to place a complaint with the supervisory authority,
7) Providing personal data is mandatory based on the law and it is voluntary in the remaining scope.
